What do I do

I am a trusted and strategic leader with over 25 years of private sector and public service experience.

I connect with people in a way that reflects who they are and where they are on their journey; I’m able to motivate, influence, engage, and define goals and garner commitment.

My experience has afforded me the opportunity to develop, translate and execute strategies that result in the implementation of new initiatives, procedures, services, and policies addressing emerging needs, expectations, and operational priorities.

Over time I have honed a strong business acumen that is supported by excellent political and organizational savviness, agility, project and change management skills.

I’ve led large staff complements including individuals in diverse and inclusive environments, spanning a number of business lines, composed of unionized and non-unionized employees and differing employee job classifications.

I possess excellent communication and presentation skills that support expertise in presenting and addressing a wide range of audiences including employees, councils, boards, committees and shareholders.

Longbranch Consulting Inc. is a boutique management consulting, mentoring and business development firm. Incorporated in 2021 to help bridge the gap between good leadership and grass roots business. Specializing in helping small, mid size or family businesses to “persist, pivot or concede” I offer a number of services.

After thoughtful assessment and review I critically analyze matters and give you that outside perspective that you are seeking and provide suggestions that are achievable and sustainable.

Uniquely positioned to assist with process improvement, change and project management and by conducting gap evaluations and assessments using strategic management tools like SWOT and PESTLE together we can discover service or process and product improvements. I can help with Strategic Planning and developing Roadmaps for assessing current state, expansion and growth, divestiture, dissolving or decoupling services or individual units and defining exit strategy or succession planning.

Good business starts with your people, I can help bring simplicity to your human resource needs, assist with resolving conflicts or having difficult conversations.
